In order to ensure our conference participation is a great fit for both our team and the conference organizers, we ask for the following criteria when participating in an event.

Partner with ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø for expert conference support.
³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø’s Sponsorship Budget:
$3,000-$5,000 per event
Sponsor Package Requirements:
- Access to a conference booth in high-traffic areas of the event
- A speaking engagement or workshop session where our team can host an educational presentation to attendees.
Event Audience:
Nonprofits or educational institutions raising more than $1 million in individual contributions per year. Attendees must work in the development/fundraising department
³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø’s software helps fundraisers to grow workplace giving revenue at their organization. In order to ensure we connect with attendees that can access our software, we typically only participate in events with mid-to large size organizations working specifically in the fundraising space.
Attendee list
³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø works to provide custom materials for select conference attendees to help them assess their current matching gift strategy. We ask that conference organizers provide us with an attendee list before and after the event to ensure we can connect with organizations and provide them with matching gift details.
Social media post
As part of our conference sponsorships, we ask that the conference organizers feature ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø on their most active social channels to aid in mutual sponsorship benefits.
Intros to top attendees
³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø sponsors conferences to help fundraisers access greater matching gift resources and grow revenue. By introducing attendees to the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø team ahead of the conference, we can ensure we’re providing attendees with the best experience with us at the event.

If an integration partner is hosting the event, we ask that our functionality is up to our standard requirements.
This includes the following requirements for donation form and volunteer form platform providers:
- Matching gift search tool
- Confirmation page plugin
- Send all transaction details to 360MatchPro
- Turnkey Integration process
- All available donation form/volunteer form products offer integration product parity
For corporate vendor auto-submission partners, it includes the following requirements:
- Employees must be able to auto-submit gifts directly from integrated donation form confirmation pages
- Matching gift details must be sent to ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø’s database to aid in data cleanliness
³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø’s software integrates with CRMs and donation forms to help fundraisers grow revenue. In order for fundraisers to make the most of our solution, we ask that our integration partners meet our standard requirements to ensure their functionality is working as expected. Since many conference attendees may move on to become mutual clients, we must ensure that our solution operates with our standard functionality.
If your platform offers a matching gift integration that does not function with our standard product functionality, then we will likely be unable to participate in event sponsorships as we would be unable to fully support the event attendees with our existing solution.
