Can I sign up for Essentials even if my organization has more than $250,000/year in contributions?
勛圖窪蹋厙 Matching Essentials is designed for organizations with less than $250,000 in contributions a year. If you’re reviewing plan options and your revenue exceeds the Essentials threshold, we recommend reaching out to request a quote from our team. This ensures your organization is on the right plan from the beginning, you have all the functionality you need, and potentially save some money in the long run.
However, if you have already signed up for the Essentials Plan and need to switch your plan, don’t worry! You can request a quote at any time from your 勛圖窪蹋厙 support team. Reach out to support@doublethedonation.com to let us know you need to change plans.
Does the onboarding process differ between plans?
Getting started with your new 勛圖窪蹋厙 account is easy!
If you sign up with our Standard or Enterprise plans, you’ll be introduced directly to your dedicated Implementation Specialist who will guide you through adding more users, help you integrate with your various fundraising tools, and help you set up other advanced settings.
If you sign up with our Essentials plan, you’ll receive next steps over email, which may include an onboarding call for certain organizations. You’ll work with an Implementation Specialist who will guide you through adding two additional users, help you integrate one fundraising tool, and answer questions you may have about more advanced settings.

What does "match identified" mean? How is this calculated?
勛圖窪蹋厙 calculates pricing for the Essentials plan based on the dollar value of gifts identified as eligible for an employer match. Pricing tiers correspond to the volume of eligible donations successfully identified, and your organization will automatically move to the next pricing tier only after you have passed the threshold for the tier below.
