My organization has more than $500k/year in total revenue, but I want to get started with ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø. Can I sign up for Essentials?
³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø Matching Essentials is designed for organizations with less than $500k in total revenue a year. If you’re reviewing plan options and know your organization is likely to pass the Essentials threshold, we recommend reaching out to request a quote from our team. This ensures your organization is on the right plan from the beginning, you have all the functionality you need, and potentially save some money in the long run.
However, if you have already signed up for the Essentials Plan and need to switch your plan, don’t worry! You can request a quote at any time from your ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø support team. Reach out to support@doublethedonation.com to let us know you need to change plans.
What does "pay for what you use" mean?
³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø Matching Essentials has a tier-based pricing structure, meaning you pay based on the volume of gifts identified as match-eligible. Pricing tiers correspond to the volume of eligible donations successfully identified, and your organization will automatically move to the next pricing tier only after you have passed the threshold for the tier below.
How will I be billed?
Billing for the Essentials plan is tiered, meaning there are a few usage thresholds associated with different billing amounts. Once your organization crosses a usage threshold, you move into the corresponding billing tier.
When signing up for the Essentials plan, you will provide a payment method to store in your account. That payment method will be used for your billing. You can change your payment method at any time by logging in to your account and navigating to the “Billing” tab.
